Great tasting Burgers, fries, and shakes in ample size portions! Clean, lots of tables, tvs everywhere. Great for family, work lunches, etc.

Great food. Service is a bit slow during the lunch rush but that's to be expected. Would come back. Staff are friendly and willing to accommodate groups. We had a great time. Shakes are always good too!

Do not order their wings. They were once large and delicious, they are now super small and all bone.

Hickory bacon cheeseburger was unreal. My wife loved it too. Added some fries with fry sauce along with a great basketball game and it made for an excellent night!

We decided to eat here on our way out of town on a road trip so our pictures are take out. So for 5 of us it was $48 which I thought was a lot but then when we got the food it was tons of food. I wish I would have known and I could have ordered a little less. The burger itself was enough for me to eat. Luckily I just ordered the guacamole bacon Swiss burger. My 7 year old ordered a kids meal chicken strips and actually couldn’t eat the last strip and fries. My older girls ordered the chicken strip basket I think and they couldn’t finish their fries. The burger was good, nothing absolutely great. The chicken strips were better than most, their ranch is good. The fries were good but were on the cold side. The wait was longer but I think they made our food right sad we ordered it. If I got back I wouldn’t order as much food and probably try a smaller burger.

Extremely good customer service! Food that good should be criminal, the avocado swiss burger was to die for. The one thing I'd say is that the shakes are really big, a small is like a large at sonic. Overall its well worth the price!

This place is extremely over hyped. We got there on a weeknight, and it was absolutely packed. The wait was a long time, but the burgers were just OK. Nothing special, not really seasoned that great, just kind of meh. The fries were fine, onion rings were fine but a little overdone so kind of hard to eat. I feel like I would have liked it better if I hadn't gone in with greater expectations.

Had the Avocado Swiss burger. Super yummy, and the meal came with more fries than I was able to finish. Definitely recommend splitting meals if you don't eat a lot. A little crowded, but good service.

My family comes to this JCW's every Christmas Eve! There are a lot of us but JCW's is always willing to accommodate! We call in advance so that they know we are coming. We have a great time. This has been the tradition for over 10 years now. The food is always so tasty! The menu is diverse enough that kids and adults can find something that they love. So we always come back. The workers are friendly even though we are a cumbersome group, I'm sure. The fry sauce is so yummy, the sandwiches, salads, fries, burgers, all of it! I've had a lot of different things there. I've never not liked what I have tried. Also the shakes are great and very big! Thanks JCW's for helping us make great memories!

I love this place! The food is super good. The fries are so yummy. Their shakes are really delicious. The only down side is their prices. Pricey for a hamburger joint. Still, I go when I want to have a treat. Did I mention their servings are huge?

Spent way too long in the drive through! Sat outside the window watching a packed kitchen staff just walk around.2/3 of our order was correct, however the Jr Burger I ordered came out as an All American. The gal over the speaker asked if I wanted the cheeseburger, and I replied the hamburger, no cheese. I was upset to find cheese melted into every crevice of the patty, At least it was cooked all the way.

Yes it's another burger joint. In my opinion, not the best. Prices are the same as other places like this. I didn't know the buns we're toasted so if you don't like that, best order it un-toasted. The burgers were still good anyway. I had the Hickory BBQ Bacon and the wife got the Hawaiian. The bacon wasn't crispy but not flimsy. The Hawaiian had pineapple and a few thin slices of ham. She didn't care for the ham. Personal opinion. The onion rings were very good. Not as many as one would expect for a large. Maybe we'll be back.

Great place for a burger and shake. The drive thru line gets a little long and makes it difficult to get into the parking lot but I take that as a good sign. I always like to get their chicken and bacon salad... it’s more meat than salad!

I was not super impressed with the girl taking our order, I understand it's fast-food, but we ordered two burgers (one a different way since I have food allergies but my boyfriend does not), a cheese fry and two milk shakes. We got one burger done the way I needed, and my milk shake was done incorrectly. It was not done correctly on our order. So needlessly to say I was less than impressed. But the food was good.

I have been going to JCW's since they opened their first location in American Fork. I have never tasted a gourmet burger as good as the burger boys make it. I love the Blue Cheese Bacon Burger, also the Pastrami is to die for! Top Idem on the menu has to be the Ribeye Steak Sandwich! I wish I was there right now just writing this review! It is so good! Fries and a Sake are musts for sides!

The best shakes. Turkey club is excellent. Avoid the Gyro at all costs. The meat they use is unidentifiable. Thick rubber slice.

The food is always delicious. There was a long wait for the food, but I was fine with waiting. I love all the selection of milkshakes and burgers to choose from. The chicken tenders are also good.

This is literally the best place on planet earth!!! There food is absolutely delicious, and you will never have to little of anything. Me and my family always come here for birthdays or any other time when we fell like it. If you come here you will have the best burgers in your life. Also there chicken fingers are giant!!

In this time of quarantine its understandable the restaurants will have issues but I had no other customers in line and I sat by the window for over 25 min and watched all the employees have a great time talking to each other. There was even a sign on the window that said they were doing all they can to speed up order times but obviously that isn't happening till later in the day. I have eaten here many many times and that's why I'm writing this review because this was so out of character for them and it needs to be addressed, quarantine or not I was the only customer it shouldn't of taken that long and on top of that they just dumped my food in a bag fries and all! Shows how careless they are this morning.

You HAVE to get the cheese fries with the ultimate fry sauce. Trust me, they know how to make some cheese fries, and the ultimate fry sauce is like the old Training Table sauce, for those Utah locals out there. They always make wonderful shakes, as well. And their burgers are delicious.

Burger patty burnt to a crisp. Otherwise an awesome bacon avocado burger, good fries, great salad, and delicious milk shake. Popular burger joint. You order and pay at counter -- they bring food to your table as it's ready.

Very good burger joint.They give ample amount of fries and have fry sauce on tap. The milkshakes are very thick and tasty. I have never left here disappointed. Hands down one of the better fast food restaurant.

Everything here is delicious!! But the service is terrible. On multiple occasions we have had burgers and fries left out of our drive through order even after we’ve paid for it all. On other occasions it takes a while to order and in the end they still get it wrong, and we have never been told sorry or received anything for their mistake. There are only teenagers working, I never see an adult around, these kids need a manager!! The only thing that makes me come back is the food. Please hire new staff, or at least a good manager to get things in order.

Pretty good for up scale fast food... You also pay a little more for it. I ordered the Malibu chicken meal for $14. A little more expensive then what I would have expected, but it was pretty good. The fries were only average.

Lehi JCW - The drive-thru is extremely slow It took a full 30 minutes to get our order. I thought by now week 6 of COVID they would have system. When we did get out food, the French Fries were hot and tasty. The hamburgers are wrapped in foil and cold. I had this same experience with JCWs in American Fork, hot fries cold burger. I think JCW needs to take a lesson from Chic Fil A, on how to run a drive thru.

Wow really $13. for a grilled ham and cheese and a small shake ... This is a rich mans drive through... Better be the best ham and cheese I have ever had!!!! Oh I see why they charge you 4 dollars for ice cream and if you want anything but the ice cream it's a dollar per add in so hot fudge and choice dough small malt went from $4 to $7 dollars ....
